Really easy to get online. Just go to the official ETA website and apply. You will get a confirmation email and you don't even need to print it, they will scan your passport at the airport and that's all.
It costs 30 USD and it is valid for two entries (within 30 days of your arrival date) and 30 days since the day of arrival.
If you cannot apply online, you can get a VOA at Colombo airport for 35 USD and with the same conditions of the online visa.
